These days the balance between being awake and asleep is going bad. I keep awake for about one and half day and I sleep for about 12 hours. I have to solve this problem for my health!!
I had SAT1 again. I hope my math scores is perfect. To show my English ability as an international student, I will try TOEFL hard.
After SAT1, I attended a lecture meeting the counselor I mentioned before held today for free. It was really interesting. I got more possitive about studying in the United States.
Though I have to turn in two papers by the end of this month, tomorrow's exam of linear algebra is the last one. I wish it would end right now!!
By the way the interview was not bad. The interviewer was a good woman. I hope to work there.
I've been busy with assignments and exams, and been very nervous about studying in America. My will to study in USA itself have not changed but I become afraid that I will quit the school and go overseas in this September. It occured to my mind to graduate from university in Japan and then enter an American school. The other day I got to know I can take a temporary leave from school more than one year. Thinking over and over I had realize what I really want to do is to study broad knowledge in any fields in American colleges' way, that is, liberal arts. I'm now planning to leave from school temporarily and study in a liberal arts college for two years. Anyway I will have myself counseled on next Monday by a trustworthy advisor for study abroad, whose book I read in this winter vacation. I hope to make a good decision.
The classes started. From next week's Friday examinations will start. Until the end of this month I would be busy. I hope to renew my web pages next month.
As for shopping a coat, my friend told me that marui is going to have "coat sparking sale" on next Wednseday. I will go shopping then.
I was told that my mother's aunt had passed away in the early morning on Jan. 3. I knew that she collapsed into a hospital the previous night, but it was really shocking to me. Because I met her on Dec. 31. I feel very sad to think that I can no longer see her face and that the house where she lived alone and we used to drop by several times a month would disappear. It was the situation before I was going to the ceremony.
The ceremony itself was really nice!! I was very grad to see many old friends. Everyone was on their way each other, but I hope from the bottom of my heart to see again some day.
By the way rain gave me a fever. I stayed in my bed for a night and a day. On Jan 4 some high school classmates and I gathered. We enjoyed playing pool and having a dinner. I wanted to spend more time at the house of one of the classmakes together, but I wend back home after the dinner, because I was still recuperating. On Jan 6 I went back to Chiba by air. Before getting on the plane, I spend about an hour with my mother and younger brother at a cafe. It was for the first time in the last several month. I thought I would go back again during spring vercation.
