I went to my university to buy books I ordered. I bought six books. When I buy a book in the bookstore, they discount 10%. I buy many books so I thank it very much.

I wanted to have lunch with my friend, but he had to work part-time today. I spend today alone for the first time in about two weeks. I was reading books and ate meals out. I was a little lonely.

My friend, whose handle name is cichidai, came back from Hokkaido. We had lunch and played pool together. My spring vacation seemed to have started earlier than my friends' , so I could spend only these three days in Kagawa with a friend of mine. I want to spend more days next time.

Nothing To Do

The main purpose of homecoimg was to see my high school teachers and talk about my ideas of study abroad. Though I'm planning to visit my high school again next Monday to talk about the details with written material, I finished this purpose this Monday. I mean I have nothing to do at all!!

By chance I went playing pool alone, but as soon as I played it started boring me. Come Back Friends!!!!!

"ONE PIECE"

After I came back, my life is very monotonic. Many friends of mine haven't finished their final exams yet. I have nothing special to do other than studying for TOEFL and looking at web sites of colleges I'm going to apply to. I should have bought books written in English on Japan or on the subjects whose classes I will take in the United States.

In this monotonic life, my only plesure is to read Manga, Japanese cartoons, in my house. There are more than 2,000 manga books in my house. There isn't so much space at my apartment for manga, so I could hardly bring manga books. For me my house is a tresure trove.

Among many manga, I have read through "ONE PIECE." This is my favorite manga. Specially books from vol.1 to about vol. 10 are my recommendations. It is the manga of Viking. In those books it is lightened that the captain of the Viking, the central charactor of "ONE PIECE," gathers his sailors, who are main charactors. It's very touching. I really recommend you to try to read this manga. That is the only manga in my life I have recommended my brother to read as soon as the vol. 1 was published.

Birthday

I have reached the age of 20. This is a special age in Japan considered an adult. But I felt nothing special and it was a usual birthday. What make me adult depends not on the age but on my mentality. It is not clear in my mind what an adult is but I will have many situations which give me its hints. I'll keep the awareness in my mind that I am not a child but an adult.

Udon

I went and saw my teachers. I was very afraind that I had made much trouble to them, but they told me they continue to help me with good grace. I got more willing to study in the States.

By the way I ate Udon for lunch!! I couldn't eat the specialty in Kagawa last time. I was satisfied so much.

Say, tomorrow is my birthday!! I'm waiting for your birthday presents!!
